Silent Observer is now offering a $5000 reward

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

We are asking for your assistance in notifying the public of updated reward information on the abduction and assault of the female elementary student that occurred on October 8th of this year in the City of Muskegon.  The attack occurred at the corner of Irwin Avenue and Terrace Street around 7:00 in the morning. A sketch of the suspect is attached.

Silent Observer is now offering a $5000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible.


Officers are continuing to investigate and follow up on leads as they are called in on this case.

The suspect is still described as a male black, 17 to 20 years old, 5’9, medium build, last seen wearing a black vest jacket, black stocking cap, and long black shorts.
