The State of Michigan is trying to close the agency that serves the poor

 

Muskegon Oceana Community Action Partners is on life support, after years of serving the poor in this area. Only you can save it. The Michigan Department of Human Services is seeking public comments on the strengths and weaknesses of MOCAP.
