Knights of Columbus To Host Youth Free Throw Tournament Saturday 1/14

Muskegon’s local Knights of Columbus chapter will host a free throw competition this Saturday, January 14 at Muskegon Catholic Central.

The competition is free and is open to all area youth ages 9 to 14, both boys and girls.

Registration will begin on Saturday in the Muskegon Catholic Central’s gym at 9 a.m.  Competitors will have a chance to warm up during the 9 o’clock hour, and the competition will run from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Each competitor will shoot 15 free throws, and the top shooters will continue until a winner is decided.

Winners of the competition will have the chance to go on to regional and even state level competitions.

Muskegon’s local chapter #15337 will host the even in cooperation with two other Knights of Columbus group, including the Grand Haven area’s chapter.
