We are well into our journey of expanding the Grand Rapids campus. The
Talent Acquisition Team is currently working to immediately fill over 100
Customer Service positions for the Grand Rapids campus by mid- August!

That’s where you come in. You can help us achieve our goal by referring

We are looking for talented, success-driven professionals that have strong
customer service experience, strong typing skills, & excellent phone
abilities. Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional business
hours that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Referral Bonus Program Details

A referral bonus will be paid for any Grand Rapids referral with hire dates
1/1/11 through 8/31/12 (end date subject to change). This includes all
positions in Grand Rapids, whether or not directly related to the Grand
Rapids Building (GRB) project, at the following levels unless different as
approved by the Business Unit and noted on the requisition:

All positions in Grand Rapids, any salary grade $300

Bilingual Spanish/English (any salary grade) $1000
(The position must be approved for bilingual differential.)

Program Rules:

The referred candidate must have entered the referring employee’s name
on their online application in CareerSource.
All regular employees are eligible to refer qualified candidates,
(excluding Farmers Officers AVP and above and any personnel
directly involved in the sourcing and selection of the position).
Only external candidates may be referred.
Referrals of former Farmers employees are not eligible for an award if
made within one year from the time the person left the company.
To receive the award, the referring employee must be on payroll at the
time of the award distribution.

The award is paid after the candidate completes 90 days of continuous
employment at Farmers.
The award is taxable compensation subject to withholding.
